Our Partnership 

Embry Health is going above and beyond as we partner with the Phoenix Children’s Hospital to help raise money for their COVID-19 Hardship Fund. Our goal is to raise $25,000 to help ease the financial burden for the patient’s families. The Hardship Fund offers emergency relief for families facing financial adversity, allowing families to focus on their children. 

The Hardship Fund will assist with rent, mortgage, temporary lodging and housing, transportation, food, clothing, and other basic needs.

Please consider donating as little as $1 to help families in need while the Phoenix Children’s Hospital commits to advancing the health and well-being of the community’s most vulnerable children.
