To streamline testing efforts, effective January 2, 2022, our sites will transition to a supervised, Self-Swabbing process. Please view the Self-Swabbing Technique video linked in the graphic. When you arrive at the site, our representative will ensure the collection of a nasal specimen for COVID testing.
