MARICOPA CO., Ariz. – Embry Health will provide COVID-19 Vaccinations starting April 8th at Mesa Community College located at 1833 W. Southern Rd., Mesa, AZ 85202.

Embry Health will provide Moderna vaccinations for those over 18 years old who work and live in Maricopa County between 8AM–8PM.

Please come prepared with a face mask, driver’s license, insurance card, and documentation of eligibility.
